Try Before You Commit:

When your order is delivered, you’re welcome to try on the item while the courier waits. If it’s not the right fit or style for you, you can hand it back right away — just cover the return delivery fee.

Exchanges Made Easy:

Need a different size or style? No problem. You can request an exchange within 2 days of receiving your order. Please make sure the item is unworn, in its original condition, and has all tags attached.
